The 2024 NFL season certainly proved the importance of good offensive line play as the Eagles stomped the Chiefs in Super Bowl 59 thanks to a huge edge in that area. But building a good line is difficult when a single weak link can bring down the other players.
But the 2025 NFL Draft begins Thursday night, and this class has a solid selection of players with 1st-round potential. You can also find numerous betting props on the offensive linemen in this draft at Bet365. Let’s go over some of the best bets there with our reasoning explained.
The Picks
- Armand Membou Draft Position – Over 6.5 (-380)
- Armand Membou to Be a Top 10 Pick (-350)
- 2nd Offensive Lineman Drafted – Armand Membou (-160)
- Over 6.5 Offensive Linemen in 1st Round (+100)

Offensive Linemen: 1st and 2nd Drafted
At Bet365, you can find markets for betting on which offensive lineman will be the 1st drafted in this class and which will be the 2nd. Given the odds at top-rated sportsbooks, it essentially comes down to Will Campbell (LSU) vs. Armand Membou (Missouri).
For the 1st offensive lineman drafted, these are the odds:
- Will Campbell (-800)
- Armand Membou (+350)
- Kelvin Banks Jr. (+1800)
For the 2nd offensive lineman drafted, these are the odds:
- Armand Membou (-160)
- Will Campbell (+200)
- Kelvin Banks Jr. (+650)
Kelvin Banks Jr. is a good player who will go in the 1st round, but he doesn’t rank as highly anywhere as Campbell and Membou. Basically, this comes down to Campbell being your prototypical left tackle with lots of success in a strong offense at LSU. The knock on him is his shorter arms, but he’s gone up against elite SEC talent and held his own.
Membou is more of a right tackle prospect, and the NFL generally views those players with less resources (draft capital and salary expenses) than they do with left tackles. But he has top 10 potential as well in this class.
The best value here is to assume the left tackle goes first, then Membou will be the next man up to go 2nd at his position.
NFL Pick: 2nd Offensive Lineman Drafted – Armand Membou (-160) at Bet365
Armand Membou Draft Position
At Bet365, Armand Membou has a draft position set at 6.5 with these odds:
- Over 6.5 (-380)
- Under 6.5 (+280)
Based on the other odds and mock drafts out there, we have a good suspicion that the top 6 picks will include the likes of these players:
- Cam Ward (top-ranked quarterback)
- Travis Hunter (top-ranked wideout/cornerback)
- Abdul Carter (top-ranked edge rusher)
- Will Campbell (top-ranked left tackle)
- Mason Graham (top-ranked defensive tackle)
- Ashton Jeanty (top-ranked running back)
While the draft is notorious for goofy things happening, there’s a decent chance those are your top 6 picks this year, which would automatically make Membou’s draft position over 6.5.
But when you consider the teams involved, the Patriots (No. 4 pick) should look at Campbell more than Membou to get Drake Maye a franchise left tackle. The Jaguars (No. 5) have a 2023 1st-round pick at right tackle in Anton Harrison.
The Teams Most Likely to Snag Armand Membou
The Raiders (No. 6) are a real possibility with DJ Glaze going into Year 2 as a 3rd-round pick. The new coaching staff isn’t committed to him, and the Raiders may have Membou ranked as the best OT in the draft.
However, if you believe the Raiders are taking Membou, then you should probably bet on the +350 odds at Bet365 for him going No. 6 overall instead of the +280 odds for under 6.5 on his draft position.
But the team that’s getting routinely paired with Membou is the Jets at No. 7, which makes sense if you’re going to have Justin Fields holding the ball long at quarterback. Either way, that’s over 6.5, which is our pick here for the No. 2 OT in this draft.
However, the safer value pick might be to take Armand Membou to be a top 10 pick, as you’ll find that for -350 odds at Bet365 under the “Top 10 Pick” section. This way, it doesn’t matter if he goes to the Raiders, Jets, Saints, or Bears. You win regardless, and the -350 odds are better than getting -380.

Total Quarterbacks Drafted in 1st Round
At Bet365, the number for the total number of offensive linemen drafted in Round 1 is set at 6.5 with these odds:
- Over 6.5 offensive linemen (+100)
- Under 6.5 offensive linemen (-130)
The under is a slight favorite, but this is one of the closest, most interesting prop bets in the 2025 NFL Draft. Let’s put together a few pieces of information to come up with our best bet.
- We know it’s a lock that Will Campbell and Armand Membou are going in the 1st round (probably in the top 10), so that’s 2.
- Kelvin Banks Jr. (Texas) is the No. 13 ranked prospect at NFL Mock Draft Database, and he has -400 odds at Bet365 to go under 13.5 for his draft position, giving us a 3rd pick.
- Grey Zabel (North Dakota State) is a top-ranked interior lineman and has -2000 odds to go in the 1st round at Bet365, so that’s 4.
- Josh Simmons (Ohio State) is an offensive tackle with -900 odds to go in the 1st round at Bet365, so that’s 5.
- Tyler Booker (Alabama) is another highly-ranked interior lineman with -850 odds to go in the 1st round at Bet365, so that’s 6.
That’s 6 linemen who we can infer have a better than 89% chance of going in the 1st round, but can we find a 7th?
It might be Josh Conerly Jr., the offensive tackle from Oregon. He’s the No. 34 prospect at NFL Mock Draft Database, but some have mocked him to the Chiefs at No. 31. He also has -180 odds at Bet365 to go in the 1st round, so that’s a 64.3% chance for him.
At the end of the day, is there more likely to be a 7th OL pick in the 1st round or a 2nd running back, a 2nd tight end, a 10th defensive line/edge, or a 3rd corner? Some of those are up for debate, and this thing is going to be tight as you could count out 33 1st-round picks, and that’s one too many.
But let’s trust that teams learned the 2024 lesson that you have to build up the trenches, so let’s go with over 6.5 offensive linemen at the end of Thursday night for your NFL draft picks.
