What better time than now to end their home losing streak against the Colorado Avalanche, having gone 0-3 in their previous three games?
The loss in Game 1 of this series was a hard one to take. Having gone to Game 7 and beating the Golden Knights, the Stars found themselves in dreamland being 3-0 up on the Avalanche during the previous game, only for Colorado to slowly but surely pull the game back to 3-3. They eventually went on to win in overtime.
