Ryne Nelson’s Dominant Second Half Should Continue
The Arizona Diamondbacks have been surging over the last month. Part of the reason is Ryne Nelson‘s better pitching.
Nelson is a right-handed starter who has struck out 27.3% of batters over the last month. He’s also held his previous 121 batters to a .305 wOBA and has pitched nearly 96 pitches per start in the last 30 days.
Meanwhile, the Giants’ projected lineup has allowed them to hit a .281 wOBA against righties in the last month and have struck out 26% of the time.
Nelson is in line for another massive outing.
Lots of Hits Incoming
The Diamondbacks have hit righties better than lefties over the last month. However, Arizona still has three significant threats against lefties.
