Bryce Miller Has Been Unhittable
The Seattle Mariners will send out Bryce Miller tonight. The right-hander has held his last 116 batters to a .089 ISO and wOBA of .219. In addition, he’s earned 25.9% of strikeouts and has limited walks to 1.7%.
While the Dodgers brought back Max Muncy and Tommy Edman, the lineup has still hit just a .290 wOBA over the last month.
Miller has the advantage.
Walker Buehler Needs More Time
The Dodgers will counter with Walker Buehler. He’s also a righty but has struggled badly against both sides of the plate this season.
Buehler came back from injury his second-time last week. But overall, he’s thrown to 187 batters and has allowed a .257 ISO and wOBA of .394. Both sides have found some kind of success.
Meanwhile, the Mariners have socked righties, hitting a .212 ISO and wOBA of .361 over the last month.
