It’s the final day of the MLB regular season. After today, we’ll be headed to the MLB playoffs, with the exception of tomorrow’s potential doubleheader between the New York Mets and Atlanta Braves. Therefore, I’ve looked at all 15 games on today’s MLB slate and decided on the best three bets via the AI computer model. Here’s one of three bets to consider at top-rated sportsbooks.
The AI Model believes the Reds and Cubs will score 9.4 runs tonight. With the total only at 7 at Caesars, the Over is the best play of today’s slate.

Hunter Greene Is No Good
Hunter Greene has only pitched against 12 batters since returning from injury. But he allowed a .273 ISO and gave up more than 57% of fly balls to those 12 batters. He also allowed a 14.3% barrel percentage and induced only 14.3% of ground balls.
Greene likely won’t go super deep in this game. We’ll see some of the Cincinnati bullpen. But overall, it’s likely Greene allows some runs going up against a Cubs lineup that has hit a .182 ISO and wOBA of .357 over the last month against righties.
Don’t Trust Caleb Kilian Either
The Cubs will roll with righty Caleb Kilian. He’s faced 28 batters over the last month and has allowed a .348 ISO and wOBA of .466.
The Reds don’t have the most consistent offense, but they’ll want to close out the season strong and have good enough matchups to do just that.
