One of Las Vegas’s preeminent casino resorts has announced a partnership agreement with the two-time WNBA champion Las Vegas Aces for the 2025 season beginning in May.
Sin City Synergy
The city’s most recent partnership will see the Westgate Las Vegas, in Nevada, sponsor highlighted segments during locally broadcast Aces games throughout the 2025 season. And in a unique wrinkle, Westgate customers will experience in-game slot machine activations, giving fans of slots and the team an immersive experience during Aces’ home games.
Westgate’s Legacy in Sports Betting
Westgate is home to the world-famous SuperBook, generally acknowledged as one of Las Vegas’s most posh and popular sportsbooks. The SuperBook was active in nine US mobile sports betting markets, but it pulled out in all of them but Nevada last July.
“We are proud to partner with the Las Vegas Aces, an incredible team that embodies excellence, determination, and the spirit of our great city. From back-to-back WNBA championships to their commitment to community outreach and empowering young athletes, the remarkable women on and around this team continue to break barriers and inspire future generations,” said Cami Christensen, President and General Manager of Westgate Las Vegas.
Enhancing the Fan Experience
“We are passionate about supporting excellence both on and off the court, and this partnership is a perfect match. We look forward to celebrating the Aces’ ongoing success and creating unforgettable experiences for their fans,” added Christensen.
Nikki Fargas, President of the Las Vegas Aces, stated, “We are excited about the partnership with Westgate Las Vegas. The two-time WNBA champion Aces put the finest basketball talent on the court while producing the best fan experience in the league, and that mirrors what Westgate Las Vegas does for locals and visitors alike—from the moment a guest steps on the Westgate Las Vegas property, they are treated with excellence in dining, entertainment, gaming, and overall guest experience.”
Westgate Connects to the Loop
One of the most ambitious transportation projects in Las Vegas history is Elon Musk’s Boring Company’s Loop underground monorail system using Tesla vehicles, which will eventually connect 90 major destinations in and around the city.
Vegas Loop Stops that are currently operating include Las Vegas Convention Center West, Las Vegas Convention Center Riviera (Outside the West Hall), Las Vegas Convention Center Central, Las Vegas Convention Center East, Resorts World, and now Westgate.
Future Expansions
Vegas Loop Stops that are currently under construction include Encore (coming soon—tunneling now), the STRAT (coming soon—in permitting), UNLV (tunneling to begin soon), and Virgin Las Vegas (tunneling now).
“The addition of the Vegas Loop at Westgate demonstrates our commitment to innovation and convenience,” said Cami Christensen, president & general manager of Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino. “We’re thrilled to partner with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority and The Boring Company to provide this cutting-edge transportation option for our guests and the Las Vegas community. Additionally, with both the Monorail and the Vegas Loop, Westgate is the most connected resort in Las Vegas.”
Steve Hill, president & CEO of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, said, “The Vegas Loop is a transformative project for Las Vegas, enhancing connectivity and improving the visitor experience. We’re proud to see the Westgate Station open as a vital link in this system.”
